Le Grand Blond avec un show sournois was a Québécois late night comedy television show presented by Marc Labrèche, shown from 2000 to 2003 on TVA. It was from this talk show that the idea of the show Le Cœur a ses raisons, a parody of American soaps, was born. Wikipedia

Suspected to be featured on a French national TV show. The older lady with the blond hair featured standing is Sonia Vachon - Canadian actress who was on the TV show to promote something.
The summary is that the host/presenter is playing some sort of a drinking game with her guests. I believe it’s a female presenter talking who’s the host. She later goes on to show a group of people how a belly-button shot with tequila is performed. A very attractive model (asumming she’s named Natalia) is laying down on a brown office desk table wearing a green belly top and dark short skirt with long slender legs. Her stomach is on display and her belly-button is first sanitised and then a belly-shot is taken by one of the male guests.
