For the past few days, I've been working away with a Javascript developer to bring not only our moderating team, but our members a new feature. Some of you may have noticed this feature in action already.
We wanted a simpler way for our staff to moderate 'image submissions'. As you can imagine for Moderators it's a daunting task going through half-a-page worth of image links to pluck out the inappropriate ones. For members, it's an equally daunting task to figure out which image code relates to which image.
Now, as you're pasting in BBcode IMG links, you'll get a visual of the images you're pasting in, as well as, an option to select a bunch of pictures and delete them without having to hit "preview" or "post" your message. We feel this new feature will promote our ethos of cleaner content, happier visitors and less work for our staff. Preview of this feature:
