Sadly, this forum is a pay site, and if not paid on time, the site shuts down. The main Administrator isn't online all the time, so it could take a few days for the site to come back up again.
As embarrassing as this is *cough* - thanks Mike. This is true.
To help minimize the impact on day-to-day services, I have implemented the following changes (recommended by Master Chaos ):
● Pre-paid a years worth of hosting in advance (rather than paying it clerically every month).
Master Chaos whilst I have not seen the future of this forum, as ppfd mentioned, we have a strong track record of our forum being live for more than six years. Heck, it may even be longer than this as we use to have a free forum (before we moved to our own domain name and servers).
This forum was opened to the public in the year 2013, with the help of a number of like minded individuals such as yourself. We intend to keep it this way for a very long time.
ppfd Whilst it's true I not around as much as I'd like to be, I usually do login a 'good' couple of times a month. Work's just become a pain in the bum, so I am having to do 8-9 hours a day. As much as I love you folks, keeping a roof over my head comes first. ;)
Also, my dude! We have a private "Curators board" for moderators. Feel free to add any concerns there. Not sure what you mean by lack of communication? I answer all private messages usually within a couple of days.
