It was in development hell since 2009 and eventually released in June this year.

It still heavily glorifies the military, which is understandable for a lot of shooters given the funding and name licencing that comes from it. But this one leans more heavily than most.

Safebox The Six Days in Fallujah game is about the Battle of Fallujah between US troops and Iraqi Sunni insurgents in 2004. The Six Days in June documentary is about the war between Israel and the Arab coalition lead by Egypt in 1967.

Safebox No worries. Techincally, the Battle of Fallujah lasted a month and a half, but there was a period of about a week or so where US casualties where paticularly high. That’s when the game’s supposed to take place.

There’s also a movie called 6 Days about the 1980 siege of the Iranian embassy in the UK… which of course lasted six days.
