Pfff, Iron Fist was in no way a "horrible series". Sure, it was the weakest link in the Marvel Netflix chain, but being the worst Marvel Netflix series is like being the first NCAA team knocked out of the Final Four. It's still a far more compelling program than the vast majority of what's on network and cable TV, and for all its shortcomings, it still had more exposition of MCU mythology than any of its predecessors. Plus, it had more Madame Gao. Madame Gao is always awesome.

I would say Iron Fist was the Thor: The Dark World or Iron Man 2 of the Marvel/Netflix series. As I said, Jessica Henwick was the best reason to watch it, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple was also a highlight. The rest of my reasons for not liking it are in this critic's video.
