I don't know why; the stories don't feel interesting, the dialogue feels flat, etc. Bit of a polarized opinion on my part there.
QBG TheStarTurtle Two of the best shows in recent memory. Especially Arcane. I think it’s safe to say that Arcane, along with The Last of Us, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Castlevania, has finally proven that video game adaptations can be phenomenal television.
TheStarTurtle Underrated HBO mini-series that’s based on a true story and does a good job illustrating the politics and conditions on the ground in Israel/Palestine in the years leading up to what’s currently happening. Have to say, I enjoyed this show so much more than I thought I would.
TheStarTurtle It’s not the same level of quality as Band of Brothers or The Pacific were and the second half of it is not quite as strong as the first (a few too many characters/subplots), but overall, it was still a pretty good miniseries.
