Basically, there's this centuries old church that has a demon trapped inside, and it's accidentally set free. The demon travels from host to host through their navels, which is never fully explained how it works. In the end, a guy and his girlfriend trap it and there's a cliched set-up to a sequel that will probably never be made. Honestly, it's best just to see the two clips in which the demon successfully enters the navel of the blonde girl, and attempts to enter the navel of the brunette girl, but doesn't. So there you go.
