what if their was a chap stick challenge for girls that they put one side in the navel and the other on a bed while flexing inward, plank stile. to test ab strength. I think it's legit, more than the q-tip challenge, not only can you find out for Shure if one side of your abs is weaker than the other. it's also the best way to tighten your core and with the chap stick it can help with flexing inward. while also making the navel feel like it could swallow up the chap stick. some might like it.
