TheStarTurtle I don't watch the show, because the premise doesn't appeal to me. But hey, here's to those of you who do like it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUmfriZoMw0 Seen the original film?
MikeBrooklyn I don't watch the show, because the premise doesn't appeal to me. But hey, here's to those of you who do like it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUmfriZoMw0 Seen the original film? I have not. I guess the concept of a theme park based in the Old West, but it's full of robots just doesn't appeal to me. Make mine Jurassic Park.
TheStarTurtle I have not. I guess the concept of a theme park based in the Old West, but it's full of robots just doesn't appeal to me. Make mine Jurassic Park. It's kinda more of a horror/suspense film with obvious sci fi elements... written AND directed by Michael Crichton no less. It's pretty short too at only about 90 minutes. I'd recommend you give it a try.

MikeBrooklyn Technically, the first season post-Defenders (since Punisher wasn't really connected). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSvnepZS26s
MikeBrooklyn I've been eagerly awaiting for this one for a while now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5X3vC-XsU0

TheStarTurtle https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3dW-tU6oQg This show doesn't get the attention it should.
MikeBrooklyn George RR Martin made a space opera TV series. Except it's on SyFy, so only a fraction of the violence and nudity of Game of Thrones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxNER6WejRsAnd the final selling point of the Karate Kid YouTube series. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCwwxNbtK6Y
MikeBrooklyn YouTube still thinks it can compete with Netflix. That's so cute. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6Wv55cVmBgThis, on the other hand, is not cute at all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpJ2-IFEa9U

MikeBrooklyn My mistake, this is for Netflix, not Syfy. So we probably will get all the violence and nudity that George RR Martin is known for. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PU80RrXPa4E
TheStarTurtle In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who died fifty years ago today (The Young Turks have done a pretty good segment about that), I thought I'd share this 1978 biographical TV mini series, "King." I have not seen it (it's sadly not widely available) but it seems worth seeing based on IMDB ratings. It also might be the most notable thing that Paul Winfield has ever done outside of Terminator and Star Trek II.
