I will, my god I am excited! Still hate the fact that this agent died in the avengers! He was hilarious. Is walking dead - why is the new season out yet! I don't know why my mate called it boring, that show has me hooked.

I liked Agents of SHIELD, didn't quite blow me away like I expected, but it was still fun and very much a Joss Whedon show. Since that guy is the master of long term threading plots (seriously, he foreshadowed shit in Buffy that didn't get brought up till three or four seasons after the fact), once the basic introduction stuff is over with, I think that show is gonna get really awesome.

I think some critics are too harsh towards it, claiming the plot was too simple and the characters were too generic. But that's the point of a pilot episode, it's introduces the main characters and establishes the tone of the series. It will get better as the season goes on.

It was already a good episode, that ending just made it even better! :D I know people were speculating which big actor from Avengers would make a cameo first, but I didn't think they'd do it so soon.

Yeah, I thought it was a bit too soon to be doing cameos of that caliber, but then again, it only lasted one minute, if that. can't wait for Skye to show some skin.

I'm really conflicted as to who I find more attractive, Skye or Simmons. Skye seems to be the more likely of the two to have a navel reveal, so I'll focus on her lol. Still, I'm a sucker for British accents. :P

I agree that a woman having a British accent will melt any man, but from a character and personality point of view, we're more likely to see Skye wear something revealing than Simmons will. Ideally, Agent May would show some skin, but that's even more unlikely than Simmons taking her clothes off.

I was genuinely surprised to find out that the actress playing May is almost 50, she looks incredible. Skye/Chloe Bennet is still who I'll be paying attention to for any bare navel scenes, though. :D

I finally saw this show everyone's talking about! Honestly agent Phil Coulson (picture below), I felt sorry for him when he was announced dead on the avengers but turns out he was being a cheeky bugger to motivate the avangers. lol Overall I thought it was entertaining but for some reason, with the show being produced by Marvel and all - I expected a little more from them. Hopefully it gets better both in terms of bb flashes and plot. 8)

Did anyone see the third episode? They did more spy related stuff this time. Sadly, they had TWO chances when Skye could have been wearing a sports bra while boxing, but they just HAD to go with full length shirts. Sigh.

Ha I didn't actually think of that when I watched it, probably because I was with other people, but now that you mention it I'm a tad disappointed they missed that opportunity. Hopefully there will be a future episode where she goes undercover again, though with a more revealing disguise. :D

Okay, weekly Shield discussion time. This week's episode wasn't among my favorite (that honor still belongs to the pilot episode). It did have it's funny moments though, and I agree with Schattenu that Simmons' accent is starting to get to me. In other news, Marvel is trying to sell four new TV series and an mini-series to cable and VOD services! They really are making DC look like a bunch of bitches!
