Other than buttons, fitness is really the other essence of my being.
I go to the gym about 4 days per week and I guess I'm a little fanatical about it Smile
My main interest is, powerbuilding I guess. Trying to get max strength, but also maintain looks like a bodybuilder. I may never look like one, lol, but I suppose the greatest satisfaction is in the journey more than the destination.
My basic workout plan is going from heaviest/largest exercises to smallest, and the greater plan is following a periodisation template. Beautifully simple, yet effective.
