Also i forgot that in Watch Dogs 2, there are two belly buttons types, one with the piercing hole applies to the caucasian/asian ones and the one is a outie that applies to the African-American ones

After watching some footage, I can confirm that Dina and Ellie also show their bellies in at least one scene in The Last of Us Part II. One camera angle even focuses on Dina's belly to showcase a scar.
