Here's the thing, yes, Penelope has the pointier nose, but Monica's button is pierced. However, it seems she has gotten rid of the ring as of late. Add on that Penelope is married (I think), and that she has given birth twice. So with 1 strike to Penelope's 2 or 3 strikes, Monica wins.
