With a new album on the horizon (June 16th for those wondering) , let's appreciate that a return of lorde means a return of her belly to the stage. On her pure heroine tour her belly made plenty of appearances, even showing off her belly button a few times.
She played Austin City Limits 2014 with her belly and belly button on full display. Plenty of pictures from this thread came from this performance, but pictures do not do her belly justice when compared to some of the videos of this performance. The entire performance is on youtube, available here:

She starts the performance bearing the whole thing, belly button and all. She switches to just a midriff outfit at around the 24:00 minute mark, but beggars can't be choosers. The highlight of the show is the song 400 lux, which starts at 19:50. 20:20 through 20:35 contains a great belly reveal and a great look at it. Watch her move her belly from 0:37 to 0:40, it hypnotizes me. That channel JasonJyeah has pretty much the whole concert from that angle on their channel, but 400 lux is definitely the best one. Tennis Court isn't bad either.
Another show from the pure heroine tour where she bared her belly button was her November 2nd, 2014 show in Auckland, New Zealand at the vector arena. A lot of pictures of lorde's belly come from this show (in addition to the ACL show), and you can view a lot of them here:
