Alyson Court from the kids show The Big Comfy Couch. Alyson was also the voice of Jubilee in the 90's X-Men cartoon, Claire Redfield in the Resident Evil games, and Loonette the clown in this show. If you were an 80's kid she played the sister in the My Pet Monster movie in 1986.
