There is a scene with Sandra Bullock getting elbowed by an angry colleague.

Her body tilts and she falls, exposing her belly button for a bit. This is in ‘Miss Congeniality 2’ (2005).

After she gets up, Sandra Bullock readjusts hair, which exposes her belly button again for a brief bit.
